Any services beyond introductions and referrals must be expressly defined through a separate written agreement.
3. Aviation and Commercial Opportunities
Visitors may submit inquiries involving aircraft engines, commercial aviation opportunities, strategic introductions, or special projects.
Submitting an inquiry does not guarantee that Aeralliance will identify an opportunity, provide services, or complete a transaction.
Aeralliance does not independently guarantee the ownership, condition, price, availability, documentation, regulatory status, airworthiness, or suitability of any aviation asset.
All prospective buyers, sellers, and participating parties are responsible for conducting their own technical, legal, financial, regulatory, and commercial due diligence.
Any aviation transaction remains subject to separate negotiations and contractual agreements between the participating parties.
4. Independent Business Introductions
Aeralliance may facilitate introductions between individuals, businesses, suppliers, service providers, or other industry participants.
Unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing, Aeralliance does not control or guarantee the representations, performance, products, services, financial obligations, or contractual commitments of independent third parties.
Each party is responsible for independently evaluating the suitability and reliability of potential business partners.
Aeralliance is not automatically a party to agreements entered into between individuals or businesses following an introduction.
5. Talent Identification and Recruitment Services
Aeralliance may provide candidate identification, preliminary screening, professional referrals, recruitment assistance, and related talent introduction services.
Aeralliance may introduce professionals to prospective employers based on the qualifications and information available at the time of referral.
Candidate information may be provided directly by the candidate or obtained from other lawful professional sources.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Aeralliance is not responsible for the independent conduct, omissions, misconduct, or performance failures of candidates following their engagement with a hiring company.
Nothing in this provision excludes Aeralliance's responsibility for its own unlawful conduct or liability that cannot legally be excluded.
6. Existing Employment Agreements and Legal Restrictions

Aeralliance does not provide legal opinions concerning the enforceability of employment restrictions unless separately agreed through appropriately qualified legal professionals.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, legal claims arising from a hiring company's independent employment decisions or failure to perform required verification procedures remain the responsibility of the hiring company.

Under this referral model, Aeralliance does not employ, contract with, compensate, manage, supervise, or direct the daily activities of referred individuals.
The client establishes its own employment or independent contractor relationship directly with the selected individual or applicable contracting entity.

International Compliance
The client is responsible for evaluating the laws applicable to its employment or engagement of international professionals.
These may include local labor laws, independent contractor classification, tax requirements, immigration rules, data protection requirements, intellectual property laws, and other applicable regulations.
Aeralliance does not guarantee that a proposed international employment or contractor arrangement complies with the laws of every relevant jurisdiction.
Virtual Assistant Conduct and Performance
Aeralliance does not guarantee the availability, work quality, productivity, conduct, reliability, confidentiality, or continued engagement of any referred virtual assistant or international professional.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Aeralliance is not responsible for independent actions or omissions of referred professionals arising during their engagement with a client.
The client is responsible for establishing and enforcing appropriate contractual protections directly with the selected professional.
No Automatic Employment Relationship
A referral by Aeralliance does not, by itself, establish an employment relationship between Aeralliance and the referred individual.
The actual legal relationship will be determined by the relevant facts, applicable laws, and any agreements between the parties.
8. Independent Contractors and Third Party Service Providers
Individuals or businesses introduced by Aeralliance may operate independently.
Unless otherwise expressly agreed in writing, Aeralliance does not control their methods of operation, business decisions, employment relationships, or contractual performance.
Aeralliance does not guarantee that any individual described as an independent contractor will legally qualify for that classification in a particular jurisdiction.
The engaging company is responsible for obtaining appropriate professional advice and determining its own legal obligations.

- They understand that submitting information does not guarantee an interview, employment offer, or placement.
Where candidates provide the requested authorization, Aeralliance may share relevant professional information with prospective employers in accordance with its Privacy Policy and applicable law.
Candidates remain responsible for evaluating proposed opportunities and making their own employment decisions.

- Specific financial, commercial, operational, or employment results.
Any expressly agreed service guarantees, candidate replacement provisions, or other commitments must be established in a separate written agreement.
11. No Automatic Contractual Relationship

Any formal commercial engagement will be subject to separate written terms where applicable.
12. Confidential and Proprietary Information
Visitors should not submit confidential technical documentation, proprietary business information, trade secrets, or commercially sensitive materials through general website forms without appropriate authorization.
Submitting information through the website does not automatically establish a nondisclosure agreement or separate confidentiality obligation.
Where appropriate, the parties should enter into a separate written confidentiality agreement before exchanging sensitive information.
Clients engaging referred professionals are responsible for establishing appropriate confidentiality, information security, and intellectual property arrangements directly with those individuals.
13. Information Accuracy and Independent Verification
Aeralliance may rely on information supplied by candidates, clients, business contacts, and independent third parties.
Although Aeralliance may perform preliminary reviews or screening when agreed, it does not guarantee the completeness or accuracy of information independently supplied by others.
Clients remain responsible for conducting verification appropriate to their hiring, commercial, or contractual decisions.
Aeralliance does not provide a guarantee concerning professional qualifications, background information, financial standing, contractual eligibility, or technical representations unless expressly stated in a separate written agreement.
14. Legal and Regulatory Compliance
Each client, employer, candidate, and participating business is responsible for complying with laws applicable to its own activities, decisions, and contractual relationships.
Aeralliance does not provide legal, tax, immigration, engineering certification, or regulatory compliance advice through its general website content.
Nothing in these Terms transfers legal obligations in a manner prohibited by applicable law.

- A client's hiring or employment decisions.
- Candidate conduct or performance following engagement.
- Independent contractor or virtual assistant performance.
- Commercial transactions between independent parties.
- Business decisions made without appropriate independent verification.
This provision does not exclude liability that cannot legally be excluded, including liability arising from Aeralliance's own conduct where applicable law imposes responsibility.
Any separately executed agreement may establish additional or different limitations and obligations.
16. Allocation of Responsibility and Separate Agreements
Where services are provided under a separate written agreement, the parties may establish additional provisions concerning responsibilities, indemnification, defense obligations, fees, payment terms, and allocation of liability.
Any indemnification or liability allocation will be governed by the applicable written agreement and enforceable law.
These website Terms do not independently require a client to defend or indemnify Aeralliance against every possible claim.
